Photo Albums and pork, oh my!

So last night I had to prepare an American dish for 100 people. My host mother and I prepared the dish on Wednesday in the kitchen they provided us, then we cooked the pork yesterday before the dinner. Needless to say, it came out so good not even superman could eat them without falling to his knees because of the deliciousness. After sitting through the boring meeting before the dinner, which they kindly talked about financial figures and other boring meeting whatnot, we then brought out the dish. I don't have the pictures yet, I will grab them from Sharon later and update this post.
